you are a psychiatric nurse practicing in a state hospital system. a client is involuntarily admitted to the psychiatric unit and is restrained. consider the client’s rights in this situation. also consider the relationship of self-determinism to competence by differentiating clients who are competent to give consent and those who are incompetent when admitted involuntarily and restraints are used.
