Information we collect
We may collect account details, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, country code, order instructions, uploaded files, messages, payment identifiers, transaction status, support enquiries, IP address, device information and security logs.
How information is used
Data is used to create and secure accounts, calculate and administer orders, process payments, assign specialists, communicate, deliver files, handle revisions and refunds, prevent abuse, maintain records and improve services.
Payments
Card details are collected directly by the configured payment processor. We store payment references, amounts, currency and status needed for reconciliation, but the redesigned application does not store full card numbers or security codes.
Service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, payment, security, analytics and professional service providers under appropriate contractual or legal controls.
Security
Controls include encrypted HTTPS transport, secure and HTTP-only session cookies, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, password hashing, order-ownership checks, restricted upload types, non-public secrets and audit logging.
Retention
Account, order and transaction records are retained for operational, legal, tax, dispute and security purposes. Uploaded files and communications may be deleted or anonymized when they are no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal data. Some records may be retained where required for payment, legal, security or accounting purposes.
International processing
Because services may be used internationally, data may be processed in countries different from your own. Appropriate safeguards should be used where legally required.
