We provide tutoring, academic coaching, research support, editing, proofreading, formatting, model drafts, presentation support and publication-related assistance. Services do not include impersonation, examination taking, fabrication of data, falsification of clinical documentation or guaranteed academic outcomes.
2. Account responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact information, protect account credentials, promptly report unauthorized access and ensure all uploaded material may lawfully be shared with us. Do not upload protected health information or identifiable patient data.
3. Orders and scope
The order record, selected service, academic level, deadline, instructions, uploaded files and written clarifications define the scope. Work outside the original scope may require a new quote or deadline.
4. Pricing and payment
Browser estimates are informational. The checkout server recalculates the price and validates coupons before creating payment. Work normally begins after successful payment or written approval of another payment arrangement.
5. Client materials
You retain ownership of materials you submit. You grant us a limited license to access, process and reproduce those materials solely to perform, secure and administer the requested service.
6. Delivered materials
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use delivered materials for personal study, revision, tutoring and other lawful academic purposes. Third-party quotations, figures and licensed materials remain subject to their original rights.
7. Academic integrity
You are responsible for complying with institutional rules, disclosing assistance when required and ensuring submitted work reflects your own understanding. We may refuse work that involves impersonation, cheating, fabricated evidence or unsafe clinical misrepresentation.
8. Deadlines
Deadlines depend on timely payment, complete instructions, accessible files and prompt responses to necessary questions. A deadline may be adjusted where client delay or material scope change prevents the original schedule.
9. Revisions and refunds
Revision and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund and Revision Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Acceptable conduct
You may not attack the website, upload malicious files, bypass access controls, scrape private data, misuse communications, infringe rights or use the service for unlawful purposes.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not liable for indirect loss, institutional decisions, grades, admissions decisions, publication decisions or consequences of misuse.
